Please do forward names of interesting blogs with a creative/arty bent and we'll get them listed on the blog roll (links) as soon as we can. Thanks for the reminder Fiona! (See Fiona's recommendations in the comments on the first post)

A few off the top of my head:

The Bookseller Crow (London indie bookstore):

The Cat's Meat Shop (historical novelist Lee Jackson):

Goldsboro Books (London indie bookshop specialising in signed first editions):

Sarah's Bookarama (Sarah Cuthbertson of the Historical Novel Society):

Reading the Past (the HNS' Sarah Johnson):

Samantha Grosser (my fellow MNW author; her novel, Another Time and Place, is set during WW2):

Sphinx Rising (Mary Sharratt, author of The Vanishing Point, set in colonial America):

And then there's me! I started out just with my MySpace blog (, but I recently acquired a Vox as well ( They'll carry the same posts, but the Vox is more convenient for those who don't have a MySpace, because they can comment on that one, whereas you need to be registered with MySpace and be someone's friend before you can comment on their entries, which isn't terribly user-friendly.

If I think of any more, I'll comment again!

OK, forget Vox - now I'm here. The internet is on a mission to make me prematurely grey.
